Privacy Policy

LeadFlow LLC — Effective July 9, 2026 · Last updated July 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LeadFlow LLC (“LeadFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our software platform and related services (the “Service”), and when you interact with messages sent through the Service.

Information we collect

We collect information needed to provide the Service, including:

How we use information

We use information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to send messages you or a business have requested or consented to; to schedule and confirm appointments; to provide support; and to comply with legal obligations.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages through the Service, you may receive messages such as appointment reminders, follow-ups, and responses to your inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Opting out will stop further text messages to your number.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers (such as messaging carriers) strictly as needed to deliver the messages you have requested, and as required by law.

You consent to receive text messages by contacting a business through LeadFlow — for example by calling it, texting it first, or messaging its Facebook Page. See our SMS Consent & Opt-In page for the full opt-in details, and our Terms & Conditions.

Google user data (Google Calendar)

What we access

If a business connects its Google account, LeadFlow accesses Google Calendar data: reading calendar availability (free/busy times and events on the connected calendar) and creating, updating, or deleting calendar events on the user’s behalf.

How we use it

Google Calendar data is used solely to provide the appointment-booking feature: checking the business’s availability and booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments that the business’s customers request. We do not use Google user data for any other purpose.

What we never do

We do not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to third parties. We do not use Google user data for advertising, market research, or profiling. We do not allow humans to read this data except with the user’s explicit permission (for example, a support request), where required for security or legal compliance, or in aggregated, anonymized form.

Revoking access

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Connections page inside the app, or by removing LeadFlow’s access in your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon disconnection we stop accessing your Google data and delete stored Google access credentials.

Limited Use disclosure

LeadFlow’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Facebook & Instagram data (Meta platforms)

What we access

If a business connects its Facebook Page or Instagram account, LeadFlow accesses: messages sent to and from that Page or Instagram account, basic page metadata (such as the Page name and ID), and the access token needed to send replies on the business’s behalf.

How we use it

Meta data is used solely to power the business’s own automated conversation and appointment-booking assistant on its own Facebook Page or Instagram account: receiving messages from the business’s customers and sending replies on the business’s behalf. We do not use Meta data for advertising or any unrelated purpose.

Customer-initiated messaging

Conversations are always initiated by the end customer contacting the business — LeadFlow does not send unsolicited messages on Meta platforms, and replies are sent within Meta’s messaging window policies.

What we never do

We do not sell Meta user data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that host and operate the Service (bound to protect it) and as required by law.

Storage & deletion (Data Deletion Instructions)

Message data and page credentials are stored on our hosting provider’s secured infrastructure and retained only as long as needed to provide the Service. A business can disconnect its Page at any time from the Connections page, which stops all access. Anyone may request deletion of their data by emailing us at useleadflow1@gmail.com; we will delete it within 30 days, subject to legal requirements.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with vendors that help us run the Service (for example, hosting, messaging, and calendar providers), each bound to protect it, and when required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may disconnect Google Calendar or Facebook/Instagram at any time from the Connections page. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below, subject to applicable law.
